Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Cancellations by customer

We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

Cancellations done 15 days prior to date of booking will be refunded with half of money whereas if cancellation is done in window of ( from 14 days prior to day date of booking) will not be refunded as many other customers who wanted the outfit couldn’t book because of your booking.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by RENTALSHOP.IN and accept The decision regarding the cancellation.

Refunds

We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer FULL refunds on products. Whereas full refund of DEPOSITED money shall be provided once the product reaches back to us in non-torn, non-altered (length wise), not stained condition. If any of the above mentioned things happen to outfit, deposited money will be deducted accordingly. The item should be dispatched back to us within decided time frame. Pick up will be scheduled by us on pre decided date. If you are unable to return the product on decided date, extra amount will be deducted from deposited money.

Refund is not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at the Videos before ordering.

All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.

ALL ITEMS OF SALE SECTION ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON EXCHANGEABLE, PLEASE BE SURE OF SIZE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
